Government Description
The purpose of the REPA contracts is to provide technical support services primarily for the EPA region identified in the contract, but with the possibility of supporting areas outside of the region, if needed. The contract supports EPA activities and coordinated efforts with states, tribes, and other federal agencies at private, state, and federal facilities, indian country, U.S. Territories, and along international borders. Work performed includes Information Resources Management (IRM) services such as acquisition or modification of computer programs or databases for EPA use, analysis of requirements for computer programs, providing access to computer or word processing equipment, and ensuring compliance with section 508 accessibility requirements. The contractor must also adhere to EPA quality management standards and submit quality documentation for approval prior to work involving environmental data generation.
