GSA POLARIS GWAC PROGRAM HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS POOL PROVIDES FEDERAL AGENCIES ACCESS TO CUSTOMIZED IT SERVICES AND IT SERVICES-BASED SOLUTIONS, SUPPORTING GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS THROUGH EFFECTIVE IT SOLUTIONS. WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS MULTIPLE AWARD, INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE-QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT INCLUDES IT SERVICES SUCH AS CLOUD MIGRATION, CYBERSECURITY, DATA MANAGEMENT, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, AND SYSTEM DESIGN, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PERFORMANCE-BASED ACQUISITION AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES. CONTRACTORS UTILIZE DEFINED IT SERVICE LABOR CATEGORIES AND MAY PROPOSE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LEVERAGING TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS AI, QUANTUM COMPUTING, AND AUTOMATION. PERFORMANCE MAY OCCUR AT CONUS AND OCONUS LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED IN INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS.
