Government Description
OTHER THAN SCHEDULE. THIS AWARD IS FOR THE PROVISION OF DOG FOOD FOR THE NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN) PROGRAM UNDER A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) THROUGH THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) PROGRAM. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY DOG FOOD THAT MEETS THE NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENT 2, MILITARY WORKING DOG NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, AND MUST DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PAST PERFORMANCE. ORDERS WILL BE REQUISITIONED BY CUSTOMER AGENCIES WITH DIRECT DELIVERY REQUIRED, AND CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, PRODUCTION CAPACITY, DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS.
