Government Description
Delcee inc. Dba carriage trade public auction zone 1 auction and marshalling IDIQ - FY26 - FY30 provides vehicle marshalling and sales support services for the u.s. General Services Administration (GSA). Includes new vehicle delivery inspection and acceptance, license plate and GSA fleet services card management, vehicle release and receipt, preparation of used vehicles, third party device management, fueling and charging, vehicle movement, and optional notary services. Optional sales preparation services include vehicle inspections and certifications, sale timing coordination, vehicle movement for sales, removal of license plates and fleet cards, digital imagery capture, condition reporting, maintenance and repairs, sale vehicle decommissioning, public inspection period management, post-sale property management, and remote inspection of completed services. Additional optional services include test drives, enhanced vehicle imagery, enhanced condition reporting, removal of private or sensitive data, and administrative vehicle sales services such as marketing and customer service support.
