Award of base IDIQ for administrative and technical support services for GSA regions 6, 7 and 8 as the primary location with all other GSA regions as the secondary location. Includes providing a wide range of administrative and technical support positions such as access control specialist, administrative assistant, building automation specialist, business data analyst, CAD drafter operator, contract specialist, customer service representative, data analyst, energy manager, environmental engineer, financial analyst, fire protection engineer, human resources specialist, leasing management specialist, project manager, quality assurance specialist, realty specialist, resource efficiency manager, secretary, technical program manager, and workplace services Coordinator, Among Others. These Services Are Performed at Various GSA Locations Nationwide, Including But Not Limited To Denver Federal Center (CO), region 5 (MN, MI, IL), region 1, region 10 (auburn, WA; tacoma, WA), region 4 (atlanta, GA), region 7 (fort worth, TX; el paso, laredo, mcallen, TX), region 8 (Denver, CO), region 3 (philadelphia, PA), region 9 (san francisco, CA), and Washington, dc for central office and workplace innovation lab support. Additional tasks may be required in conjunction with the performance of these position descriptions.
