Government Description
NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY THE FULL NATURAL GAS REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNTS LOCATED BEHIND VARIOUS UTILITY SERVICE TERRITORIES, INCLUDING DELIVERY TO FACILITY ACCOUNTS AND MANAGING TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO THE LDC CITYGATE AND BURNERTIP FOR EACH ACCOUNT. RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE COMMUNICATING WITH THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY (LDC) TO BALANCE SCHEDULED AND ACTUAL GAS DELIVERIES, COORDINATING WITH GSA POINTS OF CONTACT, AND PERFORMING ALL INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO EXECUTE THESE DUTIES. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CONDUCT ALL REQUIRED NOMINATIONS, BE FAMILIAR WITH LDC AND PIPELINE TARIFF PROVISIONS, AND INCLUDE ANY COSTS OR PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH ACTIVITIES UPSTREAM OF THE DELIVERY POINT IN ITS PRICING.
