Government Description
NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY THE FULL NATURAL GAS REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNTS LOCATED BEHIND VARIOUS UTILITY SERVICE TERRITORIES FOR A TERM OF UP TO SIXTY MONTHLY BILLING CYCLES, INCLUDING DELIVERY TO FACILITY ACCOUNTS AND MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO THE LDC CITYGATE AND BURNERTIP. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE COMMUNICATING WITH THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY (LDC) TO BALANCE SCHEDULED AND ACTUAL GAS RECEIPT AND DELIVERY, COORDINATING WITH THE LDC AND GSA POINT OF CONTACT, AND PERFORMING ALL INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO EXECUTE THESE DUTIES. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CONDUCT REQUIRED NOMINATIONS, BE FAMILIAR WITH LDC AND PIPELINE TARIFF PROVISIONS, AND INCLUDE ANY UPSTREAM COSTS OR PENALTIES IN PRICING.
