Government Description
Natural gas program. The contractor shall supply the full natural gas requirements for accounts located behind various utility service territories for up to sixty (60) full monthly billing cycles. Includes supplying firm or interruptible natural gas, managing, nominating, and scheduling transportation service to the ldc citygate, managing gas to the burnertip, communicating directly with the ldc to balance scheduled and actual gas delivery, and coordinating actions with the ldc and GSA. The contractor must also conduct all required nominations, be familiar with ldc and pipeline tariff provisions, and include any costs or penalties associated with activities upstream of the delivery point in its pricing.
