Includes supplying non-regulated electrical utility services for dallas national cemetery and Houston national cemetery, as well as electricity service for Houston VAMC, bonham VAMC, ft worth VA opc, grand prairie outpatient clinic, north Texas VA healthcare system, lancaster VA cmop, and VA NTX transitional housing. All electricity supply requirements are fulfilled as specified for each location.
