Areawide public utility for electric, energy management services and services provided under the appropriate regulatory authority, for east Ohio. Includes the provision of regulated electric utility services for facilities such as the FBI cjis campus in clarksburg, WV and FCI morgantown, as well as electricity supply to locations in morgantown, WV and fcc hazelton. Services are delivered under the GSA areawide utility contract vehicle and include ongoing electricity supply and energy management for federal facilities in the region.
