Government Description
New award for nicotine mini lozenges with perrigo. The contract involves the delivery of nicotine polacrilex mini lozenges in 2MG and 4MG formulations, each packaged in bottles of 81 lozenges, to various Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities and other authorized users under the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) programs. Each bottle must be individually boxed with a unique barcode, safety CAP, and meet specific packaging and labeling requirements, including provision of a unique ndc or upc number for each drug. Supports the VA and Department of Defense (DOD) in efficiently acquiring pharmaceutical requirements and ensuring the availability and consistency of nicotine lozenges nationwide.
