New award for bumetanide tablets with exelan pharmaceuticals, inc. The contract provides an uninterrupted supply of Bumetanide Tablets for The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Including Consolidated Mail Order Pharmacies (CMOPS) And State Veterans Homes (SVH), As Well As the Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). Includes supplying bumetanide tablets in strengths of 0.5MG, 1MG, and 2MG, in bottles of 100 or 500 tablets, with specified estimated annual quantities for each. Products are distributed through the VA’s and DOD’s pharmaceutical prime vendor programs, and must be labeled with a unique ndc number specific to the contractor.
