NEW AWARD FOR ALENDRONATE TABLETS WITH MARLEX PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. THE CONTRACT PROVIDES AN UNINTERRUPTED SUPPLY OF ALENDRONATE TABLETS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA), BUREAU OF PRISONS (BOP), AND INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE (IHS), WITH DISTRIBUTION THROUGH THE VA'S PHARMACEUTICAL PRIME VENDOR PROGRAMS. ESTIMATED ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE ALENDRONATE 35MG AND 70MG TABLETS IN PACKAGE SIZES OF 4 AND 12 BOTTLES, WITH SPECIFIC QUANTITIES FOR EACH. OFFERORS MUST SUPPLY THE EXACT DRUG NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THE LABEL AND HAVE A UNIQUE NDC/UPC NUMBER, WITH PACKAGING ACCEPTED AS EITHER BLISTER PACKS OR UNIT OF USE BOTTLES.
