This contract provides an uninterrupted supply of venlafaxine hcl tablets in strengths of 25MG, 37.5MG, 50MG, 75MG, and 100MG, distributed in bottles of 90 tablets each, to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS) through the VA's pharmaceutical prime vendor programs. Estimated annual requirements include 16,249 bottles of 100MG, 5,854 bottles of 25MG, 13,163 bottles of 37.5MG, 4,259 bottles of 50MG, and 52,995 bottles of 75MG tablets. Offerors must supply the exact drug name as it appears on the label and have a unique ndc/upc number.
