NEW AWARD FOR TAMSULOSIN HCL 0.4MG CAPSULES WITH EXELAN PHARMACEUTICALS INC. THE WORK INVOLVES SUPPLYING TAMSULOSIN HCL 0.4MG CAPSULES IN 90, 500, AND 1000 COUNT BOTTLES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA), DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD), BUREAU OF PRISONS (BOP), INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE (IHS), AND FEDERAL HEALTH CARE CENTER (FHCC), DISTRIBUTED THROUGH VA AND DOD PHARMACEUTICAL PRIME VENDOR PROGRAMS. ALL UNIT OF USE PACKAGING MUST INCLUDE A SAFETY-CAP THAT CAN BE DESHELLED OR CONVERTED TO A NON-SAFETY CAP, WITH SPECIFIC BOTTLE AND LABEL SIZE REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE BARCODE, EXPIRATION DATE, AND LOT NUMBER VISIBILITY.
