Government Description
Willamette national cemetery grounds maintenance services. Provides all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for turf and grounds maintenance, including developing a Grounds Management Plan (GMP), pest control, mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining turf health in compliance with National Cemetery Administration (NCA) standards. Additional tasks include maintaining weed-free planting beds, leaf and debris removal, supplying grass seed and fertilizer, and coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure burial activities take precedence over maintenance work.
