Government Description
Transitional housing services provided for female veterans at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), addressing their mental health, substance abuse, and other psychosocial needs. The contractor houses female veterans requiring residential services and treatment, ensures that residents are adl independent, and accepts referrals from VA, community partners, or directly from veterans throughout the day and evening, monday through friday. Additional services include providing a private office space for the hchv COR liaison, conducting facility inspections by a multidisciplinary team, completing incident reports for negative incidents within 24 hours, and participating in inspections to address any deficiencies.
