Government Description
MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS. THE CONTRACTOR WILL SUPPLY A RANGE OF MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING 1% LOW FAT LACTOSE FREE MILK UHT ½ GALLON, 1% REDUCED FAT MILK 8 OZ, 2% MILK IN VARIOUS SIZES (½ GALLON, ½ PINT, ¼ PINT, 6 GALLON POLLY BAG), AND 2% REDUCED FAT MILK 4 OZ, AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL ITEMS SPECIFIED IN THE PRICE/COST SCHEDULE. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PROCESSED AND PACKAGED UNDER SANITARY CONDITIONS, CONFORM TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS, AND INCLUDE PROPER LABELING WITH EXPIRATION DATES. DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO VA MEDICAL CENTERS IN LONG BEACH, LOMA LINDA, SAN DIEGO, AND THE GREATER LOS ANGELES HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
