Escondido primary care services - VASDHS provides primary care services through a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) dedicated solely to veterans, primarily residing in escondido, California, under the VA San Diego Health Care System (VASDHS). The contractor delivers clinical pharmacy services, manages patient-specific medication requests, and provides space and support staffing as required. Additional tasks include entering and managing radiology and laboratory orders in the VA ehr, providing ecg services using muse-compatible ekgs, supplying a bladder scanner for clinical assessments, and ensuring compliance with VASDHS policies, including hazardous materials training documentation.
