Special mode transportation services for VA northern California health care system. Provides all non-emergency, Special Mode Transportation (SMT) services for eligible veterans and other beneficiaries, including wheelchair van services, gurney van services, and secure car with attendant services. Services cover multiple VA facilities and community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS) across northern California, with compliance to joint commission and California state department of health regulations. The contractor supplies vehicles, personnel, management, equipment, and ensures timely, safe patient transport.
