Government Description
Cnh services provided to meet the total medical, nursing, and psychosocial needs of VA beneficiaries within the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) catchment area. Services are delivered in licensed and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certified nursing homes located in esmeralda, nye, lincoln, and clark counties in Nevada. Facilities must comply with all state requirements, including medical liability insurance, and federal regulations such as 42 cfr 483.35, and may offer specialty services like ventilator/tracheostomy capability and respiratory therapy.
