Government Description
Plumbing and hvac-r maintenance SATOC, IDIQ. The contractor furnishes all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, software, and supervision necessary to perform plumbing and hvac-r maintenance, with ancillary construction if necessary, primarily at the seattle Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) campus in seattle, WA, american lake VAMC campus in tacoma, WA, ft lawton campus in west seattle, WA, and other puget sound VAHCS locations. Work performed includes installation, repair, and replacement of vav boxes, backflow devices, boilers, chillers, fire sprinkler pipes, fuel dispensing and plumbing systems, dishwashers, steam pipes, ac drain pans, bathroom fans, fuel tanks, hepa filters, drains, chiller motors, hotboxes, boiler liners, fire hydrants, valves, standpipes, and underground water lines. Services also cover annual chiller maintenance and inspection, emergent pipe repairs, and cleaning and inspection of boiler room drains.
