Wheelchair transportation IDIQ for rmr VAMC. Services include providing timely and safe non-emergency wheelchair transportation for veterans to and from the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC) and its 13 community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS), including weekends and holidays. The contractor supplies vehicles, personnel, management, and necessary reporting, transports miscellaneous items such as luggage and medical records at no additional cost, and utilizes the vetride vendor portal or va-approved software for scheduling. Approximately 825 completed trips occur monthly, with 20-25% of transports for bariatric patients, most trips pre-scheduled, and average trip distances of 25 miles each way.
