Okc hoptel lodging services provides off-site hotel lodging for authorized veterans traveling long distances for healthcare appointments at the Oklahoma city VA medical center. The contractor acts as a broker to locate and reserve hotel/lodging facilities that meet specified requirements, ensures a minimum of 10 rooms per day including two ada-compliant rooms within 10 miles of the medical center, and accommodates caregivers when necessary. The contractor is responsible for finding alternative lodging if the original facility is unavailable, monitoring hotels for compliance with safety and health regulations, and serving as the single point of contact for issues or complaints between the hotel and the medical center. All rooms must be non-smoking with designated smoking areas, fully furnished, and available sunday through thursday, with no blackout dates or seasonal rate changes on reserved rooms.
