CNH palo duro provides Community Nursing Home (CNH) services for eligible veterans in various counties in Texas. Facilities must accept VA referrals within 24 hours, ensure monthly provider visits, provide timely access to laboratory and x-ray services, comply with hipaa regulations, and maintain required ratings on CMS's nursing home compare website. Quality oversight visits by VA staff are conducted to ensure continuity of care.
