Humatin medication. This award is for the purchase and delivery of humatin (PAROMOMYCIN) 250MG capsules for patient care at the audie murphy VA medical center pharmacy procurement, 7400 merton minter, san antonio, TX 78229. The vendor is responsible for delivering the medication during normal business hours, monday through friday, 0800 to 1500, at no additional cost to the facility. The contractor will not have access to VA desktop computers, online resources, or protected Patient Health Information (PHI), and all research data available for contractor analysis must be de-identified.
