Government Description
Emergency low demand safe haven transitional housing and supportive services provided. The contractor furnishes all personnel, equipment, and facilities to deliver emergency Low Demand Safe Haven (LDSH) model supportive residential treatment services for up to fifteen homeless veterans (male and female) with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) within the Austin, Texas city limits. Residential care facilities must meet federal, state, and local health and safety standards and be able to pass initial and subsequent inspections.
