Blood products and related services provided to the alexandria VA health care system and overton brooks VAMC shreveport. The contractor Supplies Blood Components That Are Drawn, Processed, Tested, Typed, And Packed in Suitable Containers, Ensuring 24/7 Availability And Compliance With Standards Set by Aabb, FDA, And CAP. Emergency (STAT) requests are fulfilled within specified timeframes, and all blood is sourced from 100% volunteer donors in accordance with FDA regulations. The contractor maintains an adequate stock of blood products on-site at both medical centers and delivers them FOB destination.
