Residence and SUD services provided. The contractor delivers community-based residential treatment and case management, including supportive housing, for twenty-five veterans with substance use disorders for the southeast Louisiana veterans healthcare system (SLVHCS) in new orleans, Louisiana. All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform residential treatment and case management for veterans participating in the SLVHCS Substance Use Disorder Program (SUD) are furnished by the contractor.
