THE VENDOR SHALL ENSURE AN ADEQUATE, READILY AVAILABLE SUPPLY OF BLOOD AND/OR BLOOD COMPONENTS AND RELATED SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FDA, AABB, AND CAP STANDARDS. BLOOD, BLOOD COMPONENTS, AND TESTING MUST BE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS PER DAY, SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS, FOR THE MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY MEDICAL CENTER IN HOUSTON, TX.
