Wheelchair van transport service. Provides 24/7 wheelchair van transportation for Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) beneficiaries within a 100-MILE radius of the new orleans clinic, including affiliated VA facilities in alexandria, LA; shreveport, LA; biloxi, MS; Houston, TX; jackson, MS; and fayetteville, AR. Services include furnishing all necessary personnel, materials, and facilities, and require licensing by the state of Louisiana department of health and hospitals, bureau of medical services to provide emergency medical services, as well as compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
