Igf: A/E IDIQ. This Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides Architect-Engineer (A/E) services for the central Arkansas veterans healthcare system, including architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural disciplines. Includes design, document preparation, contract administration, and professional services for projects such as capital improvements, repairs and alterations, new construction, cost estimating, utilities, energy system upgrades, HVAC projects, space optimization, asbestos removal, code analysis, inspections, and historic preservation. Specific tasks performed include AE design for mixing valves anti-scald, fisher house site preparation, chiller plant upgrades, heating water upgrades, HVAC load surveys, structural repairs and assessments, seismic analysis, fire alarm system repair/replacement, life safety services, medical gas deficiency design, and inspection of facility damages.
