Government Description
Grounds maintenance for the st. Louis VAMC jefferson barracks division includes providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to maintain healthy grass and present a clean, neat, professional appearance at the facility. Work performed includes mowing, trimming, edging, seeding, fertilizing, weed removal, leaf disposal, and cleaning of exterior concrete surfaces. The contractor is also responsible for the removal of dead trees, shrubs, limbs, debris, and emergent tree removal and grounds repair as needed. All services are performed to maintain the overall visual impression and safety of the jefferson barracks campus.
