NIHCS HAZARDOUS WASTE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES INCLUDE THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE, NON-HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL WASTE, SPECIALTY WASTE (SUCH AS HAZARDOUS PHARMACEUTICALS, HIGH-HAZARD WASTE, NON-HAZARDOUS PHARMACEUTICALS, AND DUAL WASTE COMBINING HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL AND BIO-HAZARDOUS MATERIALS), UNIVERSAL WASTE, AND USED OIL. THE CONTRACTOR ALSO PROVIDES EMERGENCY SPILL RESPONSE AND LAB PACK SERVICES, WHICH ENCOMPASS SUPPLIES, LABELING, LAB PACKING, CONSOLIDATION, SHIPMENT, MANIFESTING, AND CONSULTING. DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUS, BIO-HAZARDOUS, RADIOLOGICAL, OR PATHOLOGICAL WASTE IS EXCLUDED, EXCEPT FOR DUAL WASTE COMBINING CHEMICAL AND INFECTIOUS MATERIALS.
