Battle creek ambulance services provides ambulance transportation for the battle creek VA healthcare system, its associated community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS), and affiliated healthcare clinics. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials, and reports necessary to deliver 24/7 Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and specialty care ambulance services, primarily within Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10). All services must meet VA standards for quality and reliability.
