Government Description
WHEELCHAIR SERVICE FOR CINCINNATI VAMC. PROVIDES ALL NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPERVISION TO PERFORM WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE CINCINNATI VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC) AND ITS AFFILIATED LOCATIONS. SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, AND REQUIRE THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EFFECTIVE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. INCLUDES MAINTAINING RECORDS OF VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, EMPLOYEE TRAINING, AND SERVICE REQUESTS, AND COVERS MULTIPLE AFFILIATED SITES IN OHIO, KENTUCKY, AND INDIANA.
