Indianapolis ambulance services provided for veterans health Indiana, its associated community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS), and affiliated healthcare clinics located at 1481 W. 10TH street, indianapolis, in. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials, and reports necessary to deliver 24/7 Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and specialty care ambulance services primarily within Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10).
