Teleradiology physician services provided for the VA northeast Ohio healthcare system (VANEOHS). The contractor furnishes board certified/board eligible radiology physician services, ensuring compliance with American College of Radiology (ACR) guidelines and offering 24/7/365 specialty and subspecialty interpretations of diagnostic imaging procedures including digital x-rays, CT scans, mr scans, US scans, and nuclear medicine. Services include maintaining in-house it support, a web-based access system, dedicated communication staff, and providing necessary hardware and software for secure radiological interpretations, with specific turnaround times for stroke protocol, stat, urgent, and routine exams. The vendor must also provide a reporting solution capable of receiving and sending HL7 messages, and manually supply peer review and performance monitoring data in accordance with VHA directives.
