Wheelchair transportation service for dayton VAMC. Provides all vehicles, personnel, management, transportation, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform wheelchair (AMBULETTE) transportation services at the dayton VA medical center in strict adherence to applicable Ohio laws and regulations. Services include one-way wheelchair transport trips inside franklin county, mileage for trips outside franklin county, and wait time increments, with all certification, equipment, staffing, and recordkeeping in compliance with Ohio medical transportation board requirements.
