Non-emergency transportation services provided using wheelchair vans. The contractor is responsible for delivering reliable and efficient wheelchair and stretcher transport services for veterans, including up to 100 wheelchair trips and 20 stretcher trips per day, with vehicles meeting Department of Transportation requirements for wheelchairs and stretchers. The contractor must ensure on-time patient pick-ups, maintain vehicles in a clean and orderly condition, and provide qualified personnel trained according to Department of Health and Human Services standards. Services are performed at the lt. Col. Luke weathers jr. VA medical center in memphis, TN.
