Provides scheduled and on-call ground transportation services for VA beneficiaries, including wheelchair, scooter, and other non-ambulatory individuals, to and from the james H. Quillen VA medical center and its associated outpatient clinics. Services include accommodating seasonal demand changes and transporting beneficiaries throughout eastern Tennessee, Virginia, and rural/remote areas, with vehicles and staff equipped to meet varied mobility needs and device upgrades.
