Eo 14398 - 5YR BPA mobile lithotripsy provides onsite lithotripsy services and equipment to eligible beneficiaries at the james H. Quillen VA medical center. The contractor supplies holmium laser systems (20 watt & 100 watt) as backup units, as well as additional laser systems including greenlight xps laser system (180 WATT), aura xp laser system, CO2 flex fiber laser system, and CO2 laser system free beam. A certified medical laser safety officer (clso or clso-m) is present to operate the equipment and maintain safety standards, and the contractor furnishes nonpersonal professional and management support services, retaining responsibility for supervising their personnel.
