Includes project management, pre-delivery site survey, pre-delivery setup, delivery, de-installation, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic user operating instruction of midmark exam tables and chairs to midmark standards at VISN 9 main facilities and outpatient clinics. Services provided during normal business hours with potential for weekend, holiday, and after-hours work as needed. Equipment purchase is not included in this requirement.
