Government Description
Licensed pharmacist and certified pharmacy technician services for TVHS nashville/murfreesboro VAMC. Provides a minimum of one and up to four licensed pharmacists and a minimum of one and up to eight certified pharmacy technicians as required by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS). Staff are assigned to the inpatient/outpatient section on a rotational basis and are directly involved in all aspects of pharmaceutical preparation and dispensing, monitoring the use of pharmaceuticals, and organizing and prioritizing this work.
