Court reporting services for the memphis and louisville VA medical centers. Provides all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver professional court reporting for legal and administrative proceedings, including aibs, dabs, EEO hearings, mspb hearings, and other meetings requiring legal documentation at the memphis VA medical center and robley rex VA medical center, as well as associated cbocs. All court reporters must possess a national court reporters association registered professional reporter certificate or a state-level court reporter certificate, maintain audio recordings of testimonies, and ensure transcript quality meets government standards. Specific tasks include recording hearings with electronic devices and backup systems, delivering transcripts within five business days, correcting transcript discrepancies at no additional cost, and maintaining accurate records of materials handled.
