Transitional housing for veterans is provided at the columbia VA Medical Center (VAMC). The contractor furnishes room and board services for up to 28 veterans at any given time as part of the community based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. Services include 24/7 accessible accommodations, laundry facilities, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, group activities, VA coordination, and case management to support veterans' transition to stable housing.
