AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDED FOR THE RALPH JOHNSON VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC) IN CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA AND THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREA. SERVICES INCLUDE BOTH BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) AND ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (ALS) CAPABILITIES, AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. THE CONTRACTOR DELIVERS ROUTINE OR NONEMERGENCY, URGENT, AND SAME DAY AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION FOR BENEFICIARIES OF THE CHARLESTON VAMC.
