Non-emergent ambulance transport services provided for the fayetteville NC VA coastal healthcare system (FNCVACHCS), its community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS), and affiliated healthcare clinics. The contractor supplies all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for stretcher transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) services, available 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Services include transporting patients with their luggage, medical records, medications, and comfort items at no additional cost, ensuring qualified personnel, maintaining ambulances per federal, state, and local regulations, conducting background checks, and providing adequate oxygen tank storage. Service delivery occurs primarily at the fayetteville VA medical center, 2300 ramsey street, fayetteville, NC 28301.
