Government Description
Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services provided for eligible veteran beneficiaries. The contractor furnishes all equipment, facility, and professional and technical personnel to deliver routine primary care and mental health services at a VA patient-only clinic in the tazewell, Virginia area. Services include on-site or contracted phlebotomy, lab specimen preparation, and radiology capabilities, and the clinic covers the counties of bland, tazewell, wythe, and giles, as well as surrounding cities. The contractor's facility must meet current jcaho standards and have management plans for security, hazardous materials, emergency preparedness, life safety, medical equipment, utility systems, and safety management.
