Government Description
VISN 05 EMERGENCY CLEANUP SERVICES PROVIDES EMERGENCY RESTORATION AND DISASTER REMEDIATION SERVICES ACROSS VA CAPITOL HEALTH CARE NETWORK 5 (VISN 5) FACILITIES IN WASHINGTON, D.C., MARYLAND, AND WEST VIRGINIA, INCLUDING THEIR COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINICS. INCLUDES WATER LEAK CLEANUPS, MOLD PREVENTION PROCEDURES, REMOVAL OF ANIMAL AND HUMAN DROPPINGS, DISCHARGED FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM CLEAN-UP, ABOVE DROP CEILING CLEAN-UP, FIRE DAMAGE CLEANING, CRIME SCENE CLEANING, AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES AS REQUIRED. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, PPE, AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSARY FOR SERVICE DELIVERY, AND MUST COORDINATE CLOSELY WITH THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (CO), CONTRACTING OFFICER REPRESENTATIVE (COR), PROGRAM MANAGERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTIONS.
